Help with buying Cash Store items? Empty Help with buying Cash Store items?

How the heck do I buy the cash shop items for my pets? or the pet packages? I want a pet to pick up the gold for me but it keeps saying that I can not purchase this item when I try to buy the meso magnet. And it does nothing when I try to by the packages in event that have meso magnet, pet, and whatever the item grab one is. Please help
